IT Infrastructure & Support

• Operational Excellence: You are responsible for the smooth operation of our entire IT infrastructure.
• Lifecycle Management: You manage the procurement, installation, and configuration of all hardware.
• User Support: You ensure reliable First- and Second-Level Support for approximately 100 colleagues across 3 locations.
• Tech Stack: You work with Microsoft Active Directory, VMware, Windows Server 2016/2019, Veeam Backup, and firewalls (Sophos/FortiGate/SecurePoint).

IT Security

• Standard Enforcement: You guarantee compliance with modern security standards.
• Concept Development: You continuously and proactively develop our IT security concepts in alignment with corporate guidelines.

Projects & Applications

• Application Rollouts: You act as a key sparring partner for the introduction of new business applications.
• Database Management: You actively support the strategic setup and structuring of our internal databases.
• Software Ecosystem: You engage with platforms such as Candis, Personio, New ERP project, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI.

Interface & Collaboration

• Global Coordination: You coordinate global IT projects and guidelines in close cooperation with our headquarters in Asia, managing the local team members who support you operationally.
• Strategic Partner: You serve as a strategic business partner and advisor to the management team.

• Your Toolkit: You have a profound command of IT infrastructure and IT security. Ideally, you also bring experience in our other core areas and have a strong drive to develop your skills further.
• Solid IT Foundation: You hold a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration), a degree in Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Project Experience: You have a proven track record in software/application implementation and in building or maintaining database systems.
• Intercultural Competence: You enjoy collaborating with international teams, possess intercultural sensitivity, and communicate fluently in both German and English.
• The Right Mindset: You do not see yourself as a mere ticket processor. Instead, you look at the bigger picture, enjoy actively shaping processes, and want to drive IT forward as a true enabler for the entire team.
