All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers' premises . YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support tenders and feasibility studies, including cost and time estimates

• Coordinate and manage projects to meet quality, schedule, and financial targets

• Act as the key interface for customers and internal teams

• Drive project monitoring, KPIs , and continuous improvement.

• Support recruiting , onboarding , and the development of project team members .

• Ensure team qualifications , training, and availability of required resources

• Ensure full compliance with Quality , Safety & Environment (QSE) standards
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering , Aeronautics or a comparable field

• You bring at least 3–4 years of experience in technical and commercial project management

• You have experience in the aeronautical sector , ideally with “ Outstanding Works ” knowledge ; this is considered a strong advantage

• You demonstrate a strong understanding of aeronautical standards and processes environments

• You communicate confidently, show leadership qualities , and maintain a strong customer focus

• You are fluent in English and French , German is considered a plus

• You are proficient in MS Office and Google Suite

• You work in a structured, solution - oriented, reliable , and analytical manner oriented , reliable
