For our location in Cham — SIAD Germany GmbH — we are currently looking for a Sales Administration Back Office that will support the sales of Industrial Gases working on the sales process and supporting customers.

In details these ones will be main responsibilities:

• Receiving customers’ orders and processing them using company systems;
• Dealing with customers providing them information or solving operational issues;
• Posting sales invoices and related documents;
• Prepare offers and supply contracts and manage contract changes updating databases;
• Prepare monthly reports to monitor sales and to analyse specific dynamics;
• Support Depots (indirect sales) for commercial and logistic aspects.

We look for candidates with passion for learning, very good to work in Team and dealing with people.

University education and previous experience in customer service or logistic positions will be considered like plus.

Knowledge of English will complete the profile.
